They are using their vibrant creativity to interpret contemporary translations of the Eastern spirit, showcasing the global vision and sense of responsibility of Asian youth.

It focuses on 40 highly promising and influential young artists, showcasing diverse creative forms including painting, sculpture, installation, video, and digital art, presenting their in-depth explorations of social issues, cultural roots, and future visions. With "New Force, New Expression, New Future" as its core theme, the exhibition builds a high-end platform for dialogue between Asian youth art and the world, promotes the international dissemination of Asian artistic power, helps young artists break through geographical limitations, connect with global resources, highlight the unique charm and global value of Asian culture, and inject new vitality from the East into the development of global contemporary art.

一、项目背景 Project Background

为推动亚洲文化创新发展、深化中外文明交流互鉴，依托香港中外文化交流中心国际窗口优势，联动粤港澳大湾区艺术力量协同共创，亚洲文化公益论坛将于5月15日在香港故宫正式启动 “亚洲新势力 40’（Asia 40 Under 40）亚洲优秀青年艺术家全球推荐计划。项目面向亚洲地区优秀青年艺术家，打造集专业评审、香港发布、国际展览、全球推荐于一体的高端艺术交流平台，通过艺术机构推荐或艺术家自主申请，经组委会严格评审后，在香港正式发布，助力青年艺术力量走向世界。To promote the innovative development of Asian culture and deepen exchanges and mutual learning between Chinese and foreign civilizations, leveraging the international advantages of the Hong Kong Centre for International Cultural Exchange and collaborating with artistic forces in the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area, the Asian Cultural Public Welfare Forum will officially launch the "Asia 40 Under 40" Global Recommendation Program for Outstanding Young Asian Artists on May 15th at the Hong Kong Palace Museum. This program targets outstanding young artists across Asia, creating a high-end art exchange platform integrating professional review, Hong Kong launch, international exhibitions, and global recommendation. Artists can apply through art institutions or independently, and after rigorous review by the organizing committee, their works will be officially launched in Hong Kong, helping young artists reach the world stage.

二、合作宗旨 Cooperation Objectives

立足香港、联动湾区、面向亚洲、辐射全球；发掘具有时代精神与原创力量的青年艺术家；以文化公益赋能艺术创作；搭建亚洲艺术与国际对话的权威桥梁；打造粤港澳大湾区文化艺术协同发展标杆项目。Based in Hong Kong, linking the Greater Bay Area, facing Asia, and radiating globally; discovering young artists with the spirit of the times and original power; empowering artistic creation through cultural philanthropy; building an authoritative bridge for dialogue between Asian art and the international community; and creating a benchmark project for the coordinated development of culture and art in the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area.

三、招募对象 Recruitment targets

全球范围内亚洲籍优秀青年艺术家，年龄原则上 40 周岁及以下，创作形式不限，包括绘画、书法、雕塑、装置、影像、数字艺术、综合材料、公共艺术等；具备独立原创能力，作品积极正向、学术价值突出；认同文化公益理念，愿意参与国际交流与公益艺术实践。Outstanding young Asian artists worldwide, generally aged 40 or under, with no restrictions on creative form, including painting, calligraphy, sculpture, installation, video, digital art, mixed media, public art, etc.; possessing independent originality, with works that are positive and have outstanding academic value; agreeing with the concept of cultural public welfare, and willing to participate in international exchanges and public welfare art practices.

四、参展权益 Exhibition rights

获颁“亚洲新势力 40’（Asia 40 Under 40）亚洲优秀青年艺术家全球推荐计划-全球推荐艺术家”官方荣誉证书。Awarded the official certificate of honor from the "Asia 40 Under 40" Global Recommendation Program for Outstanding Young Asian Artists.

作品参与香港现场展出，纳入官方展览图录与全球数字展。The works were exhibited live in Hong Kong and included in the official exhibition catalog and global digital exhibition.

优先参评Asia 40 年度艺术公益贡献大奖及各类专项奖项。Priority will be given to candidates for the Asia 40 Annual Arts and Philanthropic Contribution Award and various other special awards.

获得与国际政要、智库、艺术藏家面对面交流机会。Gain the opportunity to engage in face-to-face exchanges with international political figures, think tanks, and art collectors.

入选艺术家将由亚洲艺术研究院聘请担任亚洲艺术研究院研究员，享有亚洲文化艺术基金会机构长期推介与展览机会；优秀作品由组委会择优亚洲艺术馆永久收藏，并颁发正式收藏证书。Selected artists will be appointed as researchers at the Asian Academy of Arts and will enjoy long-term promotion and exhibition opportunities by the Asian Cultural and Art Foundation. Outstanding works will be selected by the organizing committee for permanent collection by the Asian Art Museum, and a formal collection certificate will be issued.

五、作品处置规则 Works Disposal Rules

参展作品由组委会统一接收、布展与保管。The organizing committee will receive, set up, and store all submitted works.

展览结束后，组委会对优秀作品予以择优永久收藏，不收取任何费用，并颁发正式收藏证书。After the exhibition, the organizing committee will select outstanding works for permanent collection, free of charge, and issue official collection certificates.

未被收藏的作品，展览结束后统一退还作者。Works not collected will be returned to the artists after the exhibition.

主办方享有展览、出版、宣传等非营利性使用权，作品署名权归作者所有。The organizer has the right to use the works for non-profit purposes such as exhibition, publication, and publicity, while the right to authorship belongs to the author.

六、作品要求 Submission Requirements

作品为本人原创，无版权纠纷，内容积极健康。The work is my original creation, free of copyright disputes, and contains positive and healthy content.

主题围绕：亚洲文化、文明互鉴、公益向善、时代创新、自然共生、粤港澳大湾区新象等方向。The themes revolve around: Asian culture, mutual learning among civilizations, public welfare and goodwill, innovation in the modern era, symbiosis with nature, and the new image of the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area.

每位艺术家限提交1—3 件代表作品，附高清图片、作品信息及创作阐述。Each artist may submit 1-3 representative works, accompanied by high-resolution images, work information, and a statement of creation.

作品形式不限，符合公序良俗与国际文化交流导向。There are no restrictions on the form of the works, as long as they conform to public order and good morals and the orientation of international cultural exchange.

七、评审与发布 Review and Release

组委会组建国际专家评审团，对报名材料进行公平、公正、公开评审。The organizing committee has assembled an international expert review panel to conduct a fair, impartial, and transparent review of the application materials.

最终入选40 位艺术家，名单在官方平台公示，并在中国香港举行正式发布仪式。The final 40 selected artists were announced on the official platform and a formal launch ceremony was held in Hong Kong, China.

本项目为公益文化项目，全程不向艺术家收取报名费、评审费、参展费。This is a public welfare cultural project, and no registration fees, judging fees, or exhibition fees will be charged to artists throughout the entire process.

八、合作支持与全球推广 Collaboration support and global promotion

入选艺术家纳入亚洲文化公益论坛-全球艺术家推荐库，面向国际艺术机构、策展人、收藏界重点推介。Selected artists are included in the Asian Cultural Philanthropy Forum- Global Artist Recommendation Database, with key recommendations for international art institutions, curators, and collectors.

粤港澳大湾区艺术家优先进入大湾区青年艺术人才库，享受湾区联动展览、驻留创作、跨界合作、媒体宣发等长期支持。Artists from the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area will be given priority access to the Greater Bay Area Young Artists Talent Pool and will enjoy long-term support such as joint exhibitions, residency opportunities, cross-disciplinary collaborations, and media promotion.

作品参与线上国际数字展厅，实现全球 24 小时不间断展示与传播。The works are featured in the online international digital exhibition hall, enabling them to be displayed and disseminated globally 24/7.

优秀艺术家及作品将获得海内外媒体专题报道，提升国际影响力。Outstanding artists and their works will receive special reports from media outlets both at home and abroad, enhancing their international influence.
