Invitation Letter from Global Founding Members of ART2049, a Global Platform for the Coexistence and Development of Art Institutions

以艺术赴 2049 之约，共绘人类文明同心圆。Let art fulfill our promise for 2049 and together we draw a concentric circle of human civilization.

为推动全球文化艺术领域深度交融与可持续发展，锚定 2049 年人类命运共同体建设与人类文明全面复兴的宏大愿景，在亚洲文化公益论坛官方框架下，由亚洲联合文化艺术中心、世界联合文化中心、亚洲艺术研究院、亚洲文化艺术基金会、亚洲国际基金会联合发起支持，全球艺术机构文明共生发展平台（ART2049）（以下简称 “ART2049 文明共生平台”）正式启动筹建。现面向全球公开招募创始发起单位，诚邀全球艺术文明的守护者与传播者，携手共启全球艺术发展新征程，共赴 2049 文明共生之约。To promote deep integration and sustainable development in the global cultural and artistic field, and with an eye toward the grand vision of building a community with a shared future for mankind and achieving a comprehensive rejuvenation of human civilization by 2049, the Global Art Institutions Civilization Co-existence Development Platform (ART2049) (hereinafter referred to as the "ART2049 Civilization Co-existence Platform") has officially launched its preparatory work under the official framework of the Asian Cultural and Public Welfare Forum. This initiative is jointly launched and supported by the Asian United Cultural and Art Center, the World United Cultural Center, the Asian Academy of Arts, the Asian Cultural and Art Foundation, and the Asian International Foundation. We are now openly recruiting founding members globally, sincerely inviting guardians and disseminators of global art and civilization to join hands in embarking on a new journey of global art development and fulfilling our promise of civilization co-existence by 2049.

本平台为开放型、非营利性、非独立注册、无法人主体的全球性艺术机构长效合作机制，不设立法人实体、不收取会员会费、不开展任何营利性经营活动，始终以文化公益为初心，以国际合作为内核，以 2049 文明共生为终极愿景。This platform is an open, non-profit, non-independently registered, and legally independent long-term cooperation mechanism for global art institutions. It does not establish a legal entity, does not charge membership fees, and does not conduct any profit-making business activities. It always takes cultural public welfare as its original intention, international cooperation as its core, and the coexistence of civilizations by 2049 as its ultimate vision.

一、平台定位与核心宗旨 Platform Positioning and Core Purpose

服务覆盖：全球范围内美术馆、艺术馆、博物馆等专业艺术文化机构；Services cover: professional art and cultural institutions such as art galleries, museums, and museums worldwide.

核心定位：锚定 2049 人类文明复兴愿景，跨国界、跨文明、全开放、共共享的全球艺术交流合作枢纽与长效发展机制；Core Positioning: Anchored to the vision of the rejuvenation of human civilization by 2049, a global art exchange and cooperation hub and long-term development mechanism that transcends borders and civilizations, is fully open, and shared.

核心宗旨：打破地域边界与文化壁垒，推动多元文化深度交流、艺术学术平等对话、行业资源开放共享、跨国公益协同合作，以艺术之力赋能人类命运共同体建设，实现全球文明互鉴共生与可持续发展；Core mission: To break down geographical boundaries and cultural barriers, promote in-depth exchanges among diverse cultures, equal dialogue in art and academia, open sharing of industry resources, and cross-border collaborative cooperation in public welfare, empowering the building of a community with a shared future for mankind through the power of art, and achieving mutual learning, symbiosis, and sustainable development among global civilizations.

二、全球创始发起单位专属权益 Exclusive rights for global founding members

创始身份永久背书，ART2049 IP 深度绑定，Permanent endorsement of founding identity, deep integration of ART2049 IP.

作为 ART2049 文明共生平台全球创始发起单位，永久载入平台创始史册，在平台全球启动仪式、官方发布、全体系权威宣传资料、ART2049 系列核心合作项目中享有专属署名权与创始身份标识，彰显全球行业标杆地位。As a founding member of the ART2049 Civilization Coexistence Platform, I will be permanently recorded in the platform's founding history and enjoy exclusive attribution and founding identity in the platform's global launch ceremony, official releases, authoritative promotional materials, and core cooperation projects of the ART2049 series, demonstrating my global industry benchmark status.

ART2049 核心项目优先参与权：享有平台主办的 ART2049 全球联合巡展、文明共生高端学术论坛、艺术家全球互访计划、馆藏资源跨国共享联展、国际文化公益项目等全体系核心活动的优先发起权、参与权与独家合作权。Priority participation rights in ART2049 core projects: Enjoy priority initiation, participation, and exclusive cooperation rights for the entire system of core activities hosted by the platform, including the ART2049 Global Joint Touring Exhibition, the High-level Academic Forum on Civilization Coexistence, the Global Artist Exchange Program, the Cross-border Joint Exhibition of Collection Resources, and international cultural public welfare projects.

平台发展共建共治权：拥有 ART2049 文明共生平台年度核心议题、全球合作计划、长远发展方向的议事权、建议权与决策权，与全球创始伙伴共同构建平等、开放、共赢的全球艺术合作新生态，共筑 2049 人类文明共生新格局。Platform Development and Co-construction Rights: Possessing the right to deliberate, advise, and make decisions regarding the ART2049 Civilization Coexistence Platform's annual core topics, global cooperation plans, and long-term development direction; working with global founding partners to jointly build an equal, open, and win-win new ecosystem for global art cooperation; and jointly constructing a new pattern of human civilization coexistence in 2049.

如贵机构有意成为 ART2049 文明共生平台全球创始发起单位，请来信致函我们官方邮箱：vip@ngo.com.cn提交申请，我们将及时回复是否同意接纳贵机构参与以及正式确认回函。If your organization is interested in becoming a founding member of the ART2049 Civilization Coexistence Platform, please submit your application to our official email address: vip@ngo.com.cn. We will promptly reply with whether we agree to your participation and provide a formal confirmation.

我们将统一收录全球创始发起单位完整名录，并于亚洲文化公益论坛（香港故宫站） 现场，面向全球正式对外发布。We will compile a complete list of founding organizations worldwide and officially release it to the world at the Asian Cultural Philanthropy Forum (Hong Kong Palace Museum Station).

每一座美术馆、艺术馆、博物馆和艺术机构，都是人类文明的守护者、传承者与传播者。Every art gallery, museum, and art institution is a guardian, inheritor, and disseminator of human civilization.
