近日，海南省外事办公室以批复号第20260016号正式文件，同意由海南亚洲公益研究院主办、琼海市外事办公室申报的2026“亚洲公益论坛”举办申请。论坛定于2026年11月28日至12月2日在琼海市举办，采用线上线下相结合的办会模式，以“开放共建 创新发展”为主题，将汇聚亚洲乃至全球公益领域代表，共商公益事业发展路径，助力海南自贸港建设与人类命运共同体构建。Recently, the Foreign Affairs Office of Hainan Province officially approved the application to host the 2026 "Asian Philanthropy Forum" submitted by the Qionghai Municipal Foreign Affairs Office, with approval document number 20260016. The forum, hosted by the Hainan Asia Philanthropy Research Institute and submitted by the Qionghai Municipal Foreign Affairs Office, will be held in Qionghai City from November 28th to December 2nd, 2026. It will adopt a hybrid online and offline format, with the theme of "Openness, Co-construction, and Innovative Development." The forum will bring together representatives from the philanthropic sector in Asia and around the world to discuss the development path of philanthropy and contribute to the construction of the Hainan Free Trade Port and the building of a community with a shared future for mankind.

本次论坛经海南省外事办公室严格审核批准，明确为一般性国际会议。论坛将邀请国际组织驻华代表、外国驻华使领馆官员出席，严格遵循“以我为主、为我所用”办会原则，全面落实参会人员报批、会务组织等各项工作要求，确保论坛规范有序、务实高效举办。This forum has been rigorously reviewed and approved by the Foreign Affairs Office of Hainan Province and is designated as a general international conference. Representatives of international organizations in China and officials from foreign embassies and consulates in China will be invited to attend. The forum will strictly adhere to the principle of "taking the initiative and utilizing resources for our own purposes," and will fully implement all requirements regarding participant approval and conference organization to ensure that the forum is conducted in a standardized, orderly, pragmatic, and efficient manner.
